The 2004 Black Label is a vibrant deep purple red colour with intense lifted aromas of blackcurrant supported by complex layers of coffee,dark chocolate and subtle mint notes.The rich,full palate displays spicy bramble and plum flavours and well integrated smoky oak.
Completing fermantation in new French and American oak barrels for 24 months,this wine shows richness,exceptional complexity and balance with excellent persistance of flavour and simple,velvety tannins.
The 2004 Black Label will develop with age and will reward a decade or more of carefull cellaring.
